Jurgen Tjang-A-Sjin is the Chief Executive Officer of CEAD Group N.V. and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and sustainable growth of the CEAD Group. He leads the organization's operations while driving innovation, operational excellence, and the continuous alignment of CEAD's engineering, construction, manpower, and industrial solutions with the evolving needs of clients in the energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Jurgen joined CEAD in 2011 after spending four years in the Netherlands, where he worked on a variety of multidisciplinary construction and industrial projects with Visser & Smit Hanab, part of the VolkerWessels Group. Since joining CEAD, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the company into one of Suriname's leading locally owned engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) service providers.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the FHR School of Management and Accounting in cooperation with the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (MUSBE), a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Under his leadership, CEAD continues to expand its capabilities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and invest in local talent and sustainable business growth, supporting the development of Suriname's energy and industrial sectors.

Richardo Tjang-A-Sjin is the Founder of CEAD Group N.V. and currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Advisory Board. In this role, he provides strategic guidance, mentors the executive leadership team, and supports the long-term vision and sustainable growth of the CEAD Group.

His engineering career began in 1980 at the Engineering Department of Alcoa Suralco in Suriname. In 1987, he continued his professional career in the Netherlands, where he worked on a wide range of engineering and design projects for the Shell Refinery and Shell Chemicals, gaining extensive international experience in the industrial sector.

In 1992, Richardo returned to Suriname and founded an engineering and design company that has since grown into CEAD Group N.V.—a diversified group of companies providing engineering, construction, manpower, and industrial solutions to the energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. His entrepreneurial vision and commitment to technical excellence laid the foundation for what has become one of Suriname's leading locally owned industrial service providers.

Today, Richardo continues to contribute to the company's success by sharing his decades of industry knowledge and providing strategic oversight as Chairman of the Advisory Board.

Fionualla Karijoredjo, BSc, is the Finance Supervisor at CEAD N.V., where she is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day financial operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal financial controls. She plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial administration, regulatory compliance, and the timely delivery of financial information to support strategic decision-making.

With several years of experience in accounting, financial management, and administration, Fionualla has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, auditing support, and process improvement. She is recognized for her analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Fionualla holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Accountancy from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname. Her expertise and dedication contribute to the financial stability and continued growth of CEAD Group.

Demi is the Operations Manager for Engineering & Construction at CEAD N.V., where she is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the Engineering & Construction division. She oversees project execution, resource planning, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Prior to joining CEAD N.V. in 2024, Demi gained valuable experience in the Netherlands, working on a variety of construction projects with Visser & Smit Hanab, part of the VolkerWessels Group. Her background in engineering and project execution enables her to effectively bridge engineering, planning, and construction activities.

Demi holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. She is committed to delivering practical, innovative, and high-quality engineering and construction solutions that support CEAD's continued growth and its clients' success.

Dana Djojosoeparto is the Operations Support & Compliance Manager at CEAD N.V., where she is responsible for supporting operational excellence across the organization while overseeing compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. She plays a key role in strengthening business processes, ensuring quality, and promoting a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.

Since joining CEAD N.V. in 2012 as a Project Administrator, Dana has held various positions across the company, gaining extensive experience in project administration, operations, quality management, and compliance. She has been instrumental in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CEAD's Quality, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, ensuring the organization consistently meets client and industry expectations.

Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname. Her broad organizational knowledge and commitment to operational excellence make her an integral part of CEAD's leadership team.

Kayleigh is the Operations Manager & Recruiter at CEAD Manpower N.V., where she is responsible for the daily operations, planning, and coordination of the company's manpower services. She manages the recruitment and placement process, works closely with clients to understand their workforce requirements, and ensures the timely delivery of qualified personnel to support project execution.

As the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, Kayleigh plays a key role in building strong relationships and delivering responsive, high-quality workforce solutions tailored to the needs of the energy, mining, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Kayleigh holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname. Her strong organizational skills and client-focused approach contribute to the continued growth and success of CEAD's manpower services.
