Jurgen Tjang-A-Sjin is Chief Executive Officer at CEAD Group NV. In this role, he is responsible for leading CEAD's operations and advancing the company's long-term strategy through solid alignment of its service offerings to meet evolving customer needs. Prior to joining CEAD in 2011, he worked in the Netherlands on various construction projects with Visser & Smit Hanab, a Volker Wessels company for four years. Jurgen holds a MBA from FHR School of Management and Accounting in cooperation with Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (MUSBE) and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and is Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Richardo Tjang-A-Sjin is the founder of CEAD Group NV. At the moment he is a Non-Executive Director and head of the Advisory Board at CEAD Group NV. His career started in 1980 at the Alcoa Suralco Engineering department. In 1987 he continued his career in the Netherlands where he worked for various companies, executing engineering and design projects at the Shell refinery and Shell Chemicals. In 1992 he started a design firm in Suriname and expanded the services to which now is known as CEAD Group of companies.

Fionualla Karijoredjo, BSc is the Finance Supervisor at CEAD N.V., where she oversees financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities. With several years of experience in accounting, financial management, and administration, Fionualla has developed strong expertise in budgeting, auditing, and process optimization. She is recognized for her analytical mindset, precision, and dedication to operational excellence within the finance domain. Fionualla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a specialization in Accountancy from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname.

Demi is the Operations Manager of the Engineering & Design and Industrial Product Sales department. As Operations Manager, she is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities within the engineering and industrial product sales division. Prior to joining CEAD in 2024, she worked in the Netherlands on various construction projects with Visser & Smit Hanab, a Volker Wessels company. Demi has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Dana Djojosoeparto is Operations Manager of the Construction department. She is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities within the construction division. In 2012, Dana joined CEAD N.V. as Project Administrator. Dana worked at several departments throughout the years. She was also in charge of implementation and monitoring of the Quality, Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and compliances within the company. Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Anton De Kom University of Suriname.

Kayleigh is the account manager/recruiter at the Manpower department and responsible for the HSEQ/Compliance activities within the companies. She is responsible for the daily operations, planning and coordination within Manpower services division. She is also internal auditor and in charge of implementation and monitoring of the Quality, Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and compliances within the company. Kayleigh has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental science from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname.
